How do I place an order?

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact support immediately for assistance.

Where do you ship?

Currently, we deliver across India only.

How long does delivery take?

Metro cities: 2–4 business days
Other cities: 3–6 business days
Remote areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier or external factors.

How can I track my order?

After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track orders from My Account → Orders.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in original packaging. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for details.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

You can shop as a guest, but creating an account helps you track orders, manage returns, and checkout faster.
