Refund and Returns Policy

At Baziliyan Private Limited, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide high-quality electronics and hardware products from authorized brands. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • The product is returned in original packaging with all accessories

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery (unless otherwise specified on the product page)

❌ Returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Items without original packaging, accessories, or serial numbers

  • Products marked as Non-Returnable

  • Clearance or final-sale items

 


 

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at admin@baziliyan.com

  2. Mention your Order ID, product details, and reason for return

  3. Attach images/videos if the product is damaged or defective

Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

 


 

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 


 

4. Replacement Policy

We offer replacement for eligible products if:

  • The item is defective or damaged on arrival

  • The wrong product was delivered

Replacements are subject to product availability. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

 


 

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Baziliyan will arrange return pickup or reimburse shipping costs

  • For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges

 


 

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

  • To cancel an order, contact us immediately at admin@baziliyan.com

 


 

7. Warranty & Service

  • Most products are covered under manufacturer warranty

  • Warranty claims should be raised directly with the brand’s authorized service center

  • Baziliyan can assist with warranty information but does not provide direct warranty services

 


 

8. International Orders

Currently, Baziliyan delivers only within India.
International returns and refunds are not applicable at this time.
