  • You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details once your order is dispatched

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us

  • Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases

 


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives:

  • Missing items
