  • Baziliyan is not responsible for delays or decisions made by service centers

 


7. DOA (Dead on Arrival) Products

  • If a product is received dead on arrival, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • DOA cases may be eligible for replacement or refund as per our Refund & Returns Policy
